He is also Director, Government Affairs, Growth Markets of Teva Pharmaceuticals.
In relation to his studies, he is a lawyer from the University of Chile, Master and Doctor of Law from the University of Freiburg in Germany. In addition, he has a Diploma in Pharmacology from the Faculty of Medicine of the University of Chile and is an academic at the Faculty of Law of the University of Chile, both undergraduate and postgraduate.
He has been an academic at the Law School of the University of Chile and author of publications both in Chile and abroad on constitutional matters, free competition, intellectual property, among others.
He has had a vast experience in public policy discussions, related to multilateral and bilateral treaty negotiations, as well as legislation related to the pharmaceutical industry.
