Marcela Robles

Lawyer graduated from the Universidad de San Martín de Porres, member of the Lima Bar Association, with Business Administration Studies (MBA) at the Universidad San Ignacio de Loyola, and with postgraduate studies in Industrial Property at the University of Buenos Aires (UBA) and Arbitration at the Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú (PUCP). She is currently pursuing a Master’s Degree in Patents, Trademarks and Intellectual Property at the University of Barcelona.

Marcela is an expert in Intellectual and Industrial Property Law, Competition, Advertising and Consumer Protection, with more than 15 years of experience in the National Institute for the Defense of Competition and the Protection of Intellectual Property (INDECOPI) and in the Law Firm Kresalja IP, in which she is currently a Partner.

Marcela is a member of the Peruvian Association of Industrial Property and Copyright (APPI) and the Inter-American Association of Intellectual Property (ASIPI).
