– Tour: Santa fe de Antioquia

The tour begins at 09:00 am heading to western Antioquia, passing through San Jerónimo, where you can appreciate the varieties of fruits of the region, continue to Puente de Occidente, a 291-meter wooden suspension bridge that crosses the Cauca River. Finally, you will arrive at Santa Fé de Antioquia, which was the first capital of the Department, a colonial town with cobbled streets and many churches due to the deep religious faith of its inhabitants.

The tour includes: Transportation, professional guide, lunch, snack and entrance to the Juan del Corral Museum.

Departure from the Hotel InterContinental Medellin: 09:00 a.m.

–  Tour between Flowers

Departure from the InterContinental Hotel at 9.00am

Return at 4:00 p.m. Arrival at Hotel: 5:30 p.m. approx.

One of the largest collections of orchids in Colombia with around 1,000 permanently flowering plants, 15 hectares planted with white hydrangea, an ecological trail full of mosses, anthuriums and bromeliads and a hummingbird watching garden where 15 different species arrive, will be the center of this magical experience in Alma del Bosque.

The tour is designed for people who love flowers, orchids and birds, for photographers and for anyone who wants to get away from the city to spend some time outdoors and connect with the wonders of nature.

The Tour is located in the municipality of La Ceja in eastern Antioquia at an altitude of 2,200 meters above sea level, one hour and 15 minutes from Medellín. Each of the participants will be able to enjoy one of the best private collections of orchids in Colombia, learn about the cultivation of hydrangeas and discover a great diversity of flora and fauna typical of the region.
