Partner of the firm Santamarina y Steta, S.C. since 2002, he is a lawyer focused on protecting the intellectual property rights of his clients, including patents, trademarks, commercial notices, copyrights, unfair competition matters and plant varieties, among others. He has been a counselor in various contentious conflicts for a large number of national and foreign companies. He has a Law Degree from Anahuac University, Mexico and a Postgraduate Degree in Intellectual Property from the same University. He has been a lecturer in several national and international forums, including the International Trademark Association, FICPI and other associations.
