There, he represents the video game industry before Congress, the Courts, the Administration, and agencies involved in IP policy and enforcement. Ben started at ESA in September 2015 after a long career working at the Federal Communications Commission, the United States Copyright Office, and the United States Patent and Trademark Office. He is an expert on copyright, technology, and content regulation matters. Ben has also taught classes on a wide range of IP and technology topics at the Columbus School of Law – Catholic University in Washington DC.
