President of the largest radio group in Puerto Rico, UNO Radio Group. Luis earned a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst, and is a licensed engineer. He has worked at UNO since 1984 and held various positions such as Director of Engineering before becoming President in 1993. Luis is credited for being instrumental in the transformation and growth of the group from a four radio-stations cluster into a 15 stations group. Currently, UNO is ranked as one of the leader radio groups commanding a great part of the market share of listeners, and is the largest radio employer on the island with over 130 employees.
