Guatemalan Attorney and Public Notary with more than 13 years of experience. I have an LLC masters degree from the Universidad Católica de Chile. I have also completed postgrads studies in matters such as M&A, Corporate Governance, Private Equity, Alternative Investments, Venture Capital and Business Administration from several well recognized institutions such as INCAE Business School, IE Business School, Harvard Business School.

Throughout my career, I have worked for Law Firms as well as for private companies.

I am currently the Head Legal Counsel for Bia Foods Investments, Inc., a Mariposa Group corporate
holding that focuses on investing in the food market in America.

I am in charge of the whole legal administration of the company, however, I am specialized in M&A, corporate governance and corporate structuring.

I have been part of investments for more than $500M.
