Fernando Peláez

Fernando is CEO of LexLatin and Editor of its “Management” section. He is also the Founder and Director of FPelaez Consulting, a specialized firm in providing consulting services to professional services firms. From 2016 – 2022, Fernando was academic director of the executive management program for law firms at IE Law School (Madrid). He was president of Lex Mundi in 1992-1993. He had a successful
career with the International Bar Association (IBA) of which he was its President in 2009-2010 and Founder and Chair of the Latin American Forum 1994-1998. He is a retired founding partner of Hoet Peláez Castillo Duque
