Geovanna Cerda Mosquera

Geovanna Cerda is Senior Manager at CPA CONSULTORES. With over 14 years of experience in financial auditing and transfer pricing for local and multinational corporations from various sectors including aviation, automotive, oil, mining industry, manufacturing industries, distributors, retail, palm plantations, real estate, fisheries, and service providers.

She has been recognized for two consecutive years by the prestigious publication International Tax Review ITR | World Tax as Highly Regarded in tax disputes (transfer pricing and for 2023, she was nominated in the category of “Leader Transfer Pricing in Ecuador” by World TP.

She leads the transfer pricing practice and participates in tax litigation and administrative claims, determinations, and support in tax audits regarding transfer pricing, as well as in training courses, workshops, and national and international conferences.

She acts as an expert guide for the Judicial Function accredited by the Judiciary Council to issue expert reports, intervene and testify in tax dispute processes and collaborates with the Getulio Vargas Foundation of Brazil (FGV) for quarterly Latin American economic studies.

Geovanna holds a degree in Business Finance and Audit and Accounting (CPA) and a master’s degree in taxation.
