Palisa Kelley

Palisa is Managing Director, Head of Business and Legal Affairs at HarbourView Equity Partners. Palisa founded Kelley Law Group and later became a partner at Selverne Kelley Bradford, where her practice focused on advising and counseling clients in connection with the purchase and sale of music assets. Palisa has extensive experience structuring and negotiating complex music transactions, having served as Counsel at Sony Music Entertainment and Vice President, Business and Legal Affairs at Sony/ATV Music Publishing (now Sony Music Publishing). Prior to that, she was an associate at the boutique law firm Franklin Weinrib Rudell & Vassallo and a litigator at Paul Weiss Rifkind Wharton & Garrison. Palisa received her AB in English and American Literature and Language from Harvard College, and a JD from the University of Pennsylvania, where she was an Articles Editor of the University of Pennsylvania Law Review.
