Webinar: eSports and videogames: Playing to the limit of the law
On April 30 the webinar “eSports and videogames: Playing to the limit of the law” was held, in which Aldo Fabrizio Modica, José Roberto Herrera Díaz and Marcelo García Sellart participated as panelists and was moderated by Beatriz Bugallo and José Antonio Arochi .
The webinar analyzed the map of this industry and the links between its actors, the new intellectual property issues and regulatory aspects involved.
The conclusion of the exhibitions and the intense round of questions and participation of the attendees, is that technological progress (expressed in this case in the videogame industry) generates new business models that challenge imagination of intellectual property professionals.
