He graduated from the Faculty of Law of the National University of Buenos Aires in 1995. He completed postgraduate studies in petroleum and natural gas law (Universidad de Buenos Aires, 1998) and in corporate law (Holborn College, Wolverhampton University, 2001). He served in the national justice in commercial and in law firms for 19 years. He is currently partner of Bruchou, Fernández Madero y Lombardi. Author of numerous doctrinaire works and collaborations in collective works in procedural, commercial, bankruptcy, corporate and arbitration law matters, and of the book “Inoponibilidad de la personalidad jurídica societaria” (Astrea, 2006). He is professor of of corporate law and international arbitration in the postgraduate course Legal Advice of Companies at the Catholic University pf Argentina
