With the emergence of social media, it is easier than ever to create and share digital content in new formats. Is Copyright law keeping pace with the rapidly growing digital culture? Does the traditional idea of copyright law such as the right of reproduction and distribution become obsolete? Are the basics of copyright law compatible with modern technology? The panel will address these questions and explain how existing and new copyright laws dealing with these issues and use of works in social media and streaming services, among others.
