Arturo Tello

Graduated from the Pontifical Catholic University of Peru and Senior Partner of Osterling Abogados. He leads the practice of Intellectual Property and Competition of the firm. He also co-leads the practice of LifeScience.
Arturo has a vast experience in handling a wide range of issues related to the protection and defense of intellectual property rights. He also specializes in management and protection of important trademark and patent portfolios.
He is consistently recognized by leading international directories, as an expert in the fields of his specialty.
Among the current institutionally positions he holds, he is the Ambassador to Peru of the Intellectual Property Commission of the International Chamber of Commerce and Secretary of the Committee of Geographical Indications of ASIPI.
