Expert in trademark, patent, intellectual property and R&D portfolio management strategies, with over 30 years of practice in IP. He is a founding partner of JarryIP and is responsible for the strategic management of the firm. Under his leadership, the firm has been ranked among the top firms in Chambers and The Legal 500, been highlighted as a “Leading Individual” this year.
His has specialized in designing IPM strategies for clients for the proper management of their patent and trademark portfolios, including other IP rights derived from R&D activities. He also has a deep knowledge of Tech Transfer and Licensing, having founded and chaired the Chilean LES chapter. He is an Angel Investor and Board member to a VC Fund, investing in multiple areas of innovation.
