Fernanda Magalhaes

With an international career, Fernanda Magalhães is the head of Marketing & Entertainment Law practices at Kasznar Leonardos and is ranked in the Media & Entertainment field. She has over 20 years of domestic and international in-house and private practice experience advising clients on strategic business practices, marketing, advertising, digital media, right of publicity, copyright and new and emerging technologies, including the metaverse and NFTs.

She is Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Intellectual Property, Technology & Commerce from Franklin Pierce Law Center (2003) and licensed to practice law in the United States (Virginia State Bar and District of Columbia) and Brazil. Fernanda is also a member of CONAR’s (Brazilian National Council for advertising regulation) Ethics Committee.
