Iván Sempere

Founding Partner and Co-Ceo of PADIMA. Doctor in Commercial Law and Honorary Professor at the University of Alicante. He chairs the INTA Design Committee and is the coordinator of the innovation and intellectual property group of the National Association for the Defense of the Brand -ANDEMA-. Very focused on the protection and defense of Design and 3D trademarks, he is the author of multiple publications and research on the subject, teaching at various universities and business centers around the world. In addition, he was president of the European Confederation of Young Entrepreneurs and of the FUNDEUN University-Business Foundation.
