Jacqueline Moreau

Founder and CEO of Moreau González & Asociados (MGA). She is a lawyer graduated from the Universidad de los Andes (ULA) and a specialist in Intellectual Property from the same University. She graduated from the II International Postgraduate Course in Copyright and Related Rights for university professors from Latin America. (ULA / IIDA 2000) and the Advanced Management Program (PAG) of the Institute of Higher Research Studies IESA (Caracas 2015.)

She has developed the practice of her profession in legal advice in the area of Intellectual Property, with more than 20 years of experience managing a wide portfolio of clients providing legal advice to national and foreign companies; belonging to the food, beverage, pharmaceutical, mass consumption, banking and insurance, media and oil company’s industries.

She is currently president of the ASIPI Educa Program of the Inter-American Association of Intellectual Property (ASIPI), she is part of the Advisory Council of COVAPI, a member of INTA and the Brazilian Association of Intellectual Property (ABPI).
