Juan Carlos Samper

Industrial Engineer from the University of Los Andes. He has worked for the last 22 years in the development of digital marketing in the Andean region, Central America and the Caribbean.

He has founded 9 companies including I NETWORK (now www.vix.com), NETBANGERS and now WE ARE CONTENT (www.wearecontent.com).

He is the founder and as of April 2022 President of the IAB in Colombia (www.iabcolombia.com).

Juan Carlos began developing digital strategies for the main agencies and advertisers, then evolved and worked with media centers and agencies in 12 countries in the region.

He has been a professor, columnist, lecturer, member of boards of directors and jury of the main universities, magazines and events on digital issues in the region.

Today he leads WeAreContent, which is the first self-managed content platform tailored to the Hispanic market with more than 4,500 registered providers. It aims to help brands become media from content developed with SEO techniques.
