Curriculum Vitae

Graduated in Law with special mention, from the Autonomous Technological Institute of Mexico (ITAM) with specializations in Industrial and Intellectual Property Law, Corporate, Civil, Constitutional and Environmental Law (Honorable Mentions) at the Universidad Panamericana and Diploma in Contracts also by ITAM. She has been a professor of Copyright and Intellectual Property at various universities in Mexico City and Veracruz. She has more than 25 years of experience in Intellectual Property and was Deputy Director of Prevention of Unfair Competition at the Mexican Institute of Industrial Property (IMPI). Her practice includes the entire life cycle of intellectual property rights, from advising on your application to resolving disputes involving these rights. She is currently Managing Partner of the Dumont firm. She is an active member of national and international professional organizations, including: AMPPI, INTA, AIPPI, Marques, APLF, ASIPI, AIPLA and PTMG. She has been a speaker at AIPPI, Marques, ASIPI and has been awarded by Legal Media Group, Americas Women in Business Law Awards with the award as “Best Intellectual Property Lawyer in Latin America”. Chambers & Partners has also recognized her as an “Outstanding Lawyer” in her field.
