Noelle Jeanneret

Noëlle is a lawyer from the Diego Portales University and has practiced in intellectual property matters for more than 25 years. She was an associate lawyer at Claro y Cia. for 11 years, in-house at Latinvalley (venture capital) for 2 years and founded her firm 15 years ago, in October 2007, where she is also active in IP matters, with special emphasis in counseling and litigation.

She was an assistant professor in the commercial law and civil law departments for 7 years, both at the Universidad de Los Andes and at her alma mater, the Universidad Diego Portales.

In 2004 he obtained a Master’s degree from the Adolfo Ibañéz University, with a mention in commercial law (Master in Business Law, MBL).
