Founder (2007) of Arosemena Burbano & Asociados (AB&A), the first Intellectual Property Law Firm based in Guayaquil, Ecuador. Recognized as “Guayaquil´s IP pioneer” by World Trademark Review (WTR). Former Regional Director in Guayaquil and National Director in Quito of the Ecuadorian Intellectual Property Institute. Law School Director of the International University of Ecuador Director de la Escuela de Derecho de la Universidad Internacional del Ecuador (UIDE) en Guayaquil. Director of the Ecuadorian Association of Intellectual Property (AEPI). Certified arbitrator of ASIPI and the Chamber of Commerce of Guayaquil. Author of the book “Right of Author for Authors and Executives” (IEPI, 2011).
