Yolianna Arosemena Benedetti is a partner and Regional Director of Intellectual Property of the firm CENTRAL LAW with offices in Central America, Panama and the Dominican Republic. Graduated in Law and Political Science from Universidad Santa María La Antigua in 1998, and continued her studies with an LLM with an emphasis in Intellectual Property from the University of New Hampshire Franklin Pierce School of Law in 1999. She is an active member of the National College of Lawyers of Panama, of ASIPI, APADEPI, INTA, and author of several articles related to IP issues. She served as ASIPI National Delegate for the period 2018-2021. She is currently part of the INTA Bulletins Committee.
Her main practice is focused on the registration of trademarks, trademark administrative procedures, oppositions, annulments and cancellations of trademarks before the Specialized Courts in IP, Copyright, Sanitary Registries, Advertising, distribution and Franchise contracts.
