She graduated from the University of Aruba and began her career at the Firm David Kock & Wix (today Wix & Zeppenfeldt) where she specialized in corporate/commercial law, mainly devoted to the hotel industry. At the law firm Gomez & Bikker she acquired experience in the areas of aviation, intellectual property and control of offenses, and criminal law. She is Partner / Director of the first overseas office of the Venezuelan Law Firm Hoet Pelaez Castillo & Duque, who in 2015 extended its offices in Aruba. Member of ASIPI as well as of the Aruba Bar Association and serves as National President of the World Jurist Association. Languages: Dutch, English, Spanish and Papiamento.
