Travis Johnson serves as Vice President – Legislative Affairs and Senior Counsel at the International AntiCounterfeiting Coalition (IACC), in Washington, DC. In that capacity, he oversees all aspects of the organization’s government relations and policy development functions throughout the Americas, and serves as the IACC’s primary lobbyist. While at the IACC, he has co-authored the IACC/INTA Model State Criminal Trademark Counterfeiting Statute; served as the principal author of criminal trademark legislation enacted in seven states; testified before a number of state legislatures and the U.S. Congress, and overseen the organization’s annual Special 301 submission to the U.S. Trade Representative.
