Andrea Garcia has over 18 years in-house experience on Multinational company of innovation and regulated sector and now serves as Commercial, Supply Chain and Environmental Law Lead for Bayer CropScience Division.
She has an extensive experience in corporate matters focused on compliance, marketing, distribution and supply strategies, IP licensing, litigation management and M&A. Took her bachelor degree in Law by the Pontificia Universidade Católica de São Paulo – PUCSP, and is post graduated also by PUCSP in Commercial Law, by Fundação Getúlio Vargas – GVLaw in Corporate Labor Law, and has leadership managerial specializations by Fundação Dom Cabral and Washington University.
