Responsible for South America Legal for Crop Science at Bayer, and use to be the head of South America Law for Monsanto. She received her law degree from Sao Paulo Catholic University Law School and was awarded an LLM from the Sao Paulo University. She also attended an Executive MBA at Fundacao Dom Cabral, in Brazil.
She joined Monsanto on 2012, and prior to that, she worked as Legal Director at PepsiCo Brasil, and as legal executive at IBM Latam. At these positions, she was also regionally responsible for compliance matters.
Erica is the author of “Electronic Contracts”, among other articles and papers about Electronic Law and International Agricultural treats, and member of several in-house Counsel Committees and associations.
