Master’s Degree in Law graduated from the IE Business School – Madrid. Specialist degree in Taxes graduated from the Universidad de Lima. Peruvian Professional Degree as a Lawyer granted by Universidad de Lima. Member of the Bar Association of Lima.

Twelve years experienced in advising internal clients of companies, especially in defining and warning risks, channeling regular activities of companies or new starts-up within legal parameters. Also, experience in restructuring schemes and M&As, in transactions over US$100Million. In this way, I have learned the legal department is a support and contribution area in order to achieve strategic and tactic companies’ goals.

I have worked as an in-house lawyer in four major and multi-national companies, which belong to specific sectors. That allows me to define myself as an individual with a great adaptability to any field because I understand the industry, the market and the corporate government that are present in all businesses aspects and their impacts over the same, making transversal and integral studies, if required. I am willing to work in teams because I consider it is important the information flows through an efficient communication among workers that, in turn, promotes a good work environment.
