Sustainable Fashion 2024-2025

This competition aims to encourage ASIPI members' interest in fashion law as a new specialization that encompasses comprehensive knowledge of the legal aspects of the fashion industry, specifically the challenges, problems, and opportunities within the sustainable fashion sector.

Call for applications

The Inter-American Association of Intellectual Property (ASIPI) through its Fashion Law Committee invites the general public (ASIPI members and non-members) to participate in the first edition of the Sustainable Fashion Contest 2024-2025.

ASIPI is committed, not only to strengthening and defending intellectual property in the Americas, but also to promoting practices across various economic sectors that reduce environmental impact. With the Sustainable Fashion 2024-2025 Contest, we aim to both encourage the study of this new branch of law and raise awareness among our members and the general public about the importance of responsible practices in the fashion industry, fostering a cultural shift towards sustainability.

Registration is free and is done by completing the online form provided for this competition.

The deadline to register for this contest is April 30, 2025.
