The competition aims to promote the study and specialized research in Intellectual Property Law among students and recent graduates from law schools or faculties at public and private universities in Latin America. Its goal is to enhance their knowledge, professional skills, and practical expertise in addressing legal challenges in the field.

Call for the Latin American Moot Court on Intellectual Property Law 2026
The Court of Justice of the Andean Community (TJCA), the Interamerican Association of Intellectual Property (ASIPI) and the International Trademark Association (INTA) invite students and recent graduates of law schools or faculties of public or private universities in Latin America to participate in the sixth edition of the Latin American Moot Court on Intellectual Property Law, 2026.
Registration for the region's most important intellectual property mock trial competition is free of charge and teams can be comprised of two to eight members.
The objective of the Latin American Moot Court is to promote among students and graduates the study and specialized research in substantive intellectual property law, in order to foster the development of their knowledge, professional capabilities and practical skills essential for the solution of legal problems in the field.
