Juan Luis García Albero studied Law at University of Alicante (Spain) and is a member of the Bar Association of Madrid. In 2000, he completed the Magister Lvcentinvs of the University of Alicante and he joined a boutique Law Firm specialized in industrial and intellectual property of which he became a partner in 2006. In 2009, he became part of the Firm Salvador Ferrandis & Partners of which he is a founding partner.

Among his primary areas of practice, he is focused on counseling international companies, being an expert in all matters of Intellectual Property litigation, in particular trademark, patents, designs, unfair competition and new technologies as well as in relation with international contracts, agreements (licensing, know how transference, etc.) He also has experience in handling industrial property rights before OHIM, the SPTO and the EPO and appeals before the Spanish Courts and the General Court or the Court of Justice of the European Union.

Juan Luis is professor of the Magister Lvcentinvs of the University of Alicante, in the Module of Information Technology (since 2012) and co-author of books and scholarly articles and is a guest speaker at conferences on Industrial Property in Spain. He is also an active member of international industrial property organizations such as INTA. He speaks Spanish and English.
