Grading

The Qualifying Jury will select at least six (6) essays for the IPSI competition, indicating the score assigned to each essay and the corresponding ranking order.

If any winner does not accept or cannot access the assigned scholarship for any reason, the scholarship will be offered to the participants selected by the Qualifying Jury, respecting the order of precedence according to the score obtained.

In the event of a tie, close scores, or disagreement among the members of the Qualifying Jury, ASIPI’s Executive Committee may require a personalized oral interview with the authors of the selected essays so that the Qualifying Jury may gain a deeper understanding of their motivations, understanding of the topic, and argumentative skills.

The deadline for the Qualifying Jury to report the selected essays is March 15, 2027, and the result will be notified to ASIPI’s Secretary.

Notification of the winners

ASIPI’s Secretary shall communicate the names of the winners and the topics of the respective essays to the Executive Committee for its immediate approval.

The ASIPI Secretary will then notify the winners no later than March 30, 2027.

Scholarship recipients must confirm their participation in the respective Academic Program to the ASIPI Secretary no later than April 15, 2027.
