If the correction is not received within the aforementioned period, it will be assumed that the participant has withdrawn his/her application from the scholarship contest.

Grading

The Qualifying Jury will select at least six (6) essays for the competition for the Master’s Program and JD, indicating the score assigned to each essay and the corresponding ranking order.

The applicant who obtains first place will have the right to choose between the JD scholarship and the Master’s scholarship. If they choose the Master’s Degree or had only applied for that program, this right will pass to the second-place applicant.

If the first- and second-place applicants both choose the Master’s Degree, the third-place applicant may opt only for the JD, even if they had not applied for the scholarship for that program. If the program is not of their interest, the Executive Committee will decide on the vacancy or the assignment of the JD scholarship.

If any winner does not accept or cannot access the assigned scholarship for any reason, the scholarship will be offered to the participants selected by the Qualifying Jury, respecting the order of precedence according to the score obtained.

In the event of a tie, close scores, or disagreement among the members of the Qualifying Jury, the ASIPI Executive Committee may require a personalized oral interview with the authors of the selected works so that the Qualifying Jury may gain deeper insight into their motivations, understanding of the topic, and argumentative capacity.

The deadline for the Qualifying Jury to report the preselected essays is March 15, 2027, and the result will be notified to the ASIPI Secretary.

Notification of the winners

ASIPI’s Secretary shall communicate the names of the winners and the topics of the respective  essays to the Executive Committee for its immediate approval.

The ASIPI Secretary will subsequently notify the winners no later than March 30, 2027.

Scholarship recipients must confirm their participation in the respective Academic Program to the ASIPI Secretary no later than April 15, 2027.
