Objetives

• Provide the necessary inputs for understanding, applying and evaluating the essential foundations of patent law and the essential factors for drafting strong patents from both a strategic and practical point of view.
• Deepen concepts of the design of patent documents.
• Know the requirement of sufficient disclosure and how to comply with it in the drafting of the descriptive chapter of a patent application.
• Learn to write broad, strong and well-supported claims.
