All Roads Lead to IP: Conversation between authorities of different Associations

The associations of lawyers, agents and owners that seek the development, promotion and effective protection of the intangibles that constitute the categories of intellectual property, play an important role in specific countries, regions and in multilateralism. The management of these organizations has a positive impact on human development, fair competition and healthier markets, the economy and employment, among other aspects. Cooperation and the use of synergies between these associations has been strengthened; there is a greater pool of talent and experience to provide, preserve and promote adequate and balanced conditions for intellectual property and on how to face the challenges that project or present technological changes and even political decisions in an appropriate and timely manner. For this event, Presidents of various Associations will gather to discuss their organizations’ challenges and vision for current and future Intellectual Property issues.
