Mediation

Any dispute, controversy, claim or significant event arising out of or related to this agreement, shall be submitted to mediation before the International Court of Arbitration specialized in intellectual property (CIACEPI). Mediation shall be confidential (when permitted by applicable legislation). It shall be held in [specify place (city and country)]. The language of the mediation shall be [specify language]. Nothing in this clause shall be interpreted as an access restriction to the administration of justice. Parties may apply to the arbitration tribunal, or to a judge, in any time, accordingly.
