Currently the sale of Day Pass is not allowed in Punta Cana. This means that all Congress participants must be staying at the host Hotel. PEOPLE NOT STAYING AT THE HOST HOTEL WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO ENTER THE EVENT.

LIMITED SPACES

Given the delicate health situation, the number of registrations to the event will be limited.

MASK

The use of masks is mandatory in the hotel’s public areas, as well as in activities and event areas. It is only allowed to be removed during meals.

PUNCTUALITY

Schedules must be strictly respected since the spaces require a minimum time for disinfection and air exchange.

CAPACITY

Distancing requirements will be met both at indoor and open spaces.

SOCIAL EVENTS

All evening events will be held in open spaces. In case the weather conditions do not allow it, the change of space will be announced the same day.

PCR/ANTIGEN TEST

In case you require a PCR test to enter your country, you may coordinate it with the Hotel at the time of your check in. This test is carried out at the Hospiten office, which is located in the Hotel. The cost is US$ 90, and must be paid at the office.
If you only need an antigen test, it is a courtesy of the Hotel.

ENTRY

Each person is responsible for having all the necessary documentation to enter the country. It can be checked directly on the Copa Airlines website (https://www.copaair.com/es/web/gs) or on the official website of the Dominican Republic government.
