Bachelor degree by Universidad Anahuac and graduated Master of Laws (LLM) with specialization in Business Law, with honors. In-house counsel with more than 11 years of experience in the entertainment industry including intellectual property practice and music business transactions, including neighboring rights, copyright, trademarks and domain names for worldwide portfolios, right of publicity, social and digital media, content protection and privacy and data protection. She has worked at Grupo Televisa, Universal Music and she is currently counsel for business & legal affairs and intellectual property matters for Mexico at Netflix.
