Graduated from Universidad La Salle, specialized in Intellectual Property by UNAM, Universidad de Salamanca and Universidad de Buenos Aires; in Fashion Law by Universidad Carlos III de Madrid, Fordham and Politécnico de Milán; in Traditional Knowledge and Cultural Expressions by the Academy of the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO), and in Management of Cultural Heritage by Centro de Investigación para el Desarrollo Sustentable (CIDES). 24 years of professional experience both in the public sector (IMPI) and in the private sector, as leader of IP Litigation in a Boutique Firm, Partner of the IP area of a full-service mergers and acquisitions firm, until founding in 2021 her own boutique firm oriented to the attention of all types of intellectual property matters, fashion law, management and safeguarding of traditional knowledge and cultural expressions. She has been invited as author and lecturer in the topics of her specialization by various national and international institutions such as: the Federal Ministry of Culture and the National Copyright Institute (Mexico); United States Patent and Trademark Office (United States); Universidad de Salamanca and Universidad Rey Juan Carlos (Spain); Universidad de Palermo and Universidad Torcuato di Tella (Argentina); Universidad Anáhuac del Norte, Panamericana and EGADE Business School (Mexico); as well as in the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC), Interamerican Association of Intellectual Property (ASIPI), Mexican Association of Intellectual Property Protection (AMPPI) and National Association of Corporate Lawyers (ANADE) where he founded the first Fashion Law Committee in Mexico at a national level, which he coordinates today, as well as the Mexican Chapter of the Spanish Association of Experts in Fashion Law (AEDM).
