Claudia Patricia Pérez

Claudia Pérez has a Law Degree and a Specialist in Criminal Law from the Autonomous University of the State of Hidalgo. Master in Conflict Management and Resolution from the University of Barcelona, Spain. Master in Alternative Conflict Resolution from the Professional Training Institute of the Attorney General’s Office of Mexico City and student of the master’s degree in Law at UNAM. She has participated as a speaker in national and international events on alternative justice and copyright. She has extensive experience in mediation, conciliation, arbitration and Restorative Justice. She has worked as a mediator, conciliator and facilitator in the Superior Court of Justice of the State of Hidalgo and in CDMX; places where she has managed more than 2,000 matters of various subjects as a mediator-conciliator. She has been a tenured teacher in mediation subjects for the training of public and private mediators. She is currently Director of Arbitration and in charge of the implementation of Alternative Mechanisms for Conflict Resolution at the National Copyright Institute.
