His academic journey took him through the Universidad Intercontinental in Mexico City, the University of Buenos Aires, and the prestigious Harvard Law School.
During his formative years, Gilberto demonstrated an exceptional ability to grasp the importance of protecting intellectual rights in an era driven by innovation and creativity.
Throughout his career, he has maintained an unwavering commitment to safeguarding intellectual property rights. He worked for six years at the Mexican Institute of Industrial Property and later founded Specific IP, a firm that has become a reference in intellectual property in Mexico City.
His vision is to provide specialized intellectual property services on a global scale. Gilberto has shared his expertise at numerous national and international events and conferences and has forged valuable strategic partnerships with prominent law firms and specialized intellectual property offices worldwide.
