Jason Yao

Mr. Jason Yao is a partner and management committee member at Wanhuida Intellectual Property, a leading IP firm with over 500 associates in China. Mr. Yao has worked for over 25 years in intellectual property law and corporate law, and has a combination background of in-house counsel and private practice, first with Procter & Gamble Company and then Acushnet Company, and joined Wanhuida in 2014. Mr. Yao’s practice includes litigation relating to trademarks, patents, copyrights and trade secrets; investigation and enforcement against trademark counterfeiting, patent infringement and piracy through administrative and criminal actions; and licensing, transferring and acquiring trademarks, patents and copyrighted works.
