Manuela Mendigutía

Manuela Mendigutía has been working within the Intellectual Property field for more than 10 years and from the very beginning she has been focused on advising national and international clients in trademark prosecution matters worldwide, especially in Spain and the European Union, defending their interests in each territory.

As a Spanish Intellectual Property agent, she can handle any matter before the Spanish Patent and Trademark Office and, she is an authorized representative before the European Union Intellectual Property Office.

Her work includes a comprehensive management of Spanish, European Union, international and foreign national trademarks, trademark due diligences, preparing worldwide strategy for new trademarks, and trademark clearance searching reports with their related analysis.

She has also experience in negotiating to solve IP conflicts and drafting related agreements and contracts.

She is an accredited Spanish mediator, and she is a member of the Madrid Bar Association and part of the Spanish Bar of Intellectual Property agents.

She teaches class for future Intellectual Property Agents, and she has been a speaker in several Intellectual Property Conferences.
