Marco Antonio Morales Montes

Marco Antonio Morales Montes is a graduate in Law with postgraduate studies in Law from UNAM and the Universidad Panamericana, in addition to a diploma in intellectual property from ITAM. He has worked in the public service for 30 years and currently serves as the acting director of the National Institute of Copyright. He has represented Mexico in the World Intellectual Property Organization and has participated in international meetings in various countries. He also teaches at various academic institutions and has written essays on intellectual property topics.
