Licentiate (eq. to M.Sc.) in Biotechnology, National University of Rosario (2008).
Doctor (PhD) in Biological Sciences, National University of Rosario (2015).
Industrial Property Agent (INPI – Argentina).

Martin joined Noetinger and Armando in 2013, where he currently leads the patent drafting team. In addition, he is in charge of preparation, filing and prosecution of patent applications in Argentina and other jurisdictions. He also conducts FTO analyses, patentability searches, prepares the resulting patentability opinions, and provides technical and strategic advice on patents in the pharmaceutical, chemistry and biotechnology fields.
Martin has participated in several national and international conferences related to intellectual property and is a member of ASIPI’s Patent Committee.
