Roberto Arochi

Roberto Arochi is founding partner and director at Arochi & Lindner in Mexico and in the Spanish office (Madrid and Barcelona). With more than 44 years of experience, he is widely recognized as one of Mexico’s leading Intellectual Property and Advertising Law attorneys. He has a Law degree from Universidad Iberoamericana and studied for a Doctorate in Law at the Universidad Panamericana, Mexico. He is currently writing his degree thesis, entitled Treatise on Trademark Law.
