Roberto Arochi is founding partner and director at Arochi & Lindner in Mexico and in the Spanish office (Madrid and Barcelona). With more than 44 years of experience, he is widely recognized as one of Mexico’s leading Intellectual Property and Advertising Law attorneys. He has a Law degree from Universidad Iberoamericana and studied for a Doctorate in Law at the Universidad Panamericana, Mexico. He is currently writing his degree thesis, entitled Treatise on Trademark Law. Chambers and Partners has placed him in its Top Tier for the past 16 years and reports that clients consider Roberto Arochi “a visionary lawyer who is completely dedicated to client service.”
During his professional life he has dedicated himself to resolving favorable conflicts for the benefit of his clients. Professional involved 100% in the activity of various areas of the firm. Currently, President of the Intellectual Property Commission of CONCAMIN; President of the Intellectual Property Commission of the Bar Association; active member of the INTA (International Brand Association) commissions. Patron of the Hospital for Blindness (APEC); Former president and current advisor of the Mexican Bar Foundation.
