On January 16, the final of the International Intellectual Property Moot Court contest organized by the UTP – Technological University of Peru and ASIPI was held.

The event brought together 32 teams of law students from various Latin American countries. Through ASIPI, 19 prominent members participated as judges of the oral phases of the contest.

The teams from the Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú and the Universidad Mayor de San Marcos de Peru participated in the final. Our directors María del Pilar Troncoso and Juli Gutierrez Zanelli participated as judges of the final.

The award ceremony was led by Luis Diez Canseco, dean of the UTP law school, and Elisabeth Siemsen, president of ASIPI. The president of the Court of Justice of the Andean Community Gustavo García Brito and prominent officials and jurists of the medium also participated.
